With excellent qualifications and experience, Cláudia is our specialist for employment and social security issues, to which she dedicates herself “body and soul” with the aim of satisfying the client and getting the best deal, whether at the negotiating stage, in mediation or in the courtroom. Her primary school teacher wasn’t wrong when she called her “the class lawyer”.
She started her career working as a legal advisor in the Portuguese civil service, but soon made a career change and started working as a lawyer in domestic and international law firms such as Cuatrecasas, Baker&McKenzie, Garrigues or Deloitte, qualifying as a lawyer in Spain too.
Since 2012, as partner in the firm the legal partner, she co-manages the firm and deals with the areas of Employment and Social Security Law.
Degree in Law from the University of Lisbon in 2002, Master in International Labour Law from CEU in Madrid 2005-2006, Master in Corporate Law from Pompeu Fabra 2002-2003 and Master in Corporate Law from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues / Harvard School 2008-2010.
